The process begins with a free in-home consultation, after which we will enter into a contract agreement detailing the provisions and expectations.

Preparing & Managing the Estate Sale

After discovery and staging of items, we will conduct extensive research to determine the value of the items in the home. We will then conduct a successful three-day sale.

After the Estate Sale

At the completion of the sale, we will remove leftover items for donation and sweep and vacuum the floors.

Check Mailed Directly to You

A check will be mailed via USPS within three days of the completion of the sale.
