The process begins with a free in-home consultation, after which we will enter into a contract agreement detailing the provisions and expectations.
After discovery and staging of items, we will conduct extensive research to determine the value of the items in the home. We will then conduct a successful three-day sale.
At the completion of the sale, we will remove leftover items for donation and sweep and vacuum the floors.
A check will be mailed via USPS within three days of the completion of the sale.

Estate companies receive a percentage of the total sale proceeds, determined by the amount of work and the number of employees needed to conduct a successful sale.
After we’ve collected our commission for the sale, we will mail a check for the remaining proceeds directly to you within three days of the completion of the sale.
