The estate sale process brings many questions. Here are answers to some of the most common:

What is an estate sale?

An estate sale is a way to liquidate assets by inviting the public into the home for a sale of estate items. This is usually handled by a third-party company.

How do estate sales work?

Our professional team performs a free consultation, organizes and displays items, researches pricing and conducts the in-home estate sale. Then all unsold items are removed and donated.

How much do estate sale companies charge?

Estate companies receive a percentage of the total sale proceeds, determined by the amount of work and the number of employees needed to conduct a successful sale.

How and when will I get paid after the estate sale?

After we’ve collected our commission for the sale, we will mail a check for the remaining proceeds directly to you within three days of the completion of the sale.
